Anyway, a 5k budget (for 4 songs) spent at HOI would give you approximately: 1.5 hours tracking, 1 hour mixing per song and 2 hours mastering for all 4 songs.
My advice would be to practice, practice and practice some more so when you are ready to track, you don't waste your time (and budget) on trying to get it right.
