a familiar troubleshooting step ...but how about backing up data manually, like making the defective HDD as slave?!

just can't access safemode... well try that hard drive to another computer and copy all your documents ... all the files you need......

you can also Reinstall windows without format.

heres a better one, unplug your hdd, install it on another running system, copy all files needed, format.
