Water-fueled car inventor promotes smoke-free incinerator in Baguio

BAGUIO CITY, Sept. 29 — Filipino water-fueled car inventor Daniel Dingle on Monday promoted here a household incinerator which burns domestic biodegradable wastes like papers and dried leaves without smoke emission.
Dingle demonstrated his latest invention to city officials and residents during the regular flag ceremony at the city hall.
He said he believes his invention would further help Baguio residents in minimizing their collectible solid wastes, thereby, improving the city's program of environmental protection and solid waste management.
Residents of this Hall of Famer mountain resort in the yearly clean and green nationwide contest have been taught on strict waste segregation and absolute ban of garbage burning.
Dingle said the household incinerator does not emit smoke because the supposed smoke would be subject to series of water filters.
He confirmed that some interested parties from foreign countries have sought audience with him on his water-fueled car but he declined to entertain them.
He claimed that the Filipino patent which he perfected after 30 years of extensive research was brought to the open during the term of former President Corazon C. Aquino but was unappreciated.
Disappointed and misunderstood, Dingle did not give anymore details about his controversial invention.
