I vote for Fallout 3, for the sheer joy and immersive experience, for the engaging storyline, for an open ended approach to RPG gaming, and for a perfect virtualization of a post-apocalyptic DC.

i haven't played these, but gta 4, gears of war2 and mgs4 are all great games worthy of the title.\
i love prince of persia 2 0 0 8 also

Tremendous numbers indeed, the only thing bout Wrath of the Lich King though is that it's an expansion isn't it? Doesn't it need the original WoW + plus Burning Crusade expansion first to play it? So it's hardly really a full game since it's an add on the original one. Now I don't play WoW so correct me if I'm wrong here.no Wrath of the Lich King? 2.8 million units sold at release date......
