Question lang mga bords, any idea kung pila ug gi unsa ang pag kuha sa rate of pay sa usa ka "freelance" web developer?

Like, is it per project? and how much to charge per project?

Is it based on unsa ka lisod / sayon ang project? Any other basis? prolly mas specific?
