13th month is obligatory while Christmas bonus is not compulsory.

aHah! mandated by law jud ang 13th month pay.. not supposed to be taxable pero im not sp sure na... den ang bonus would depend sa imong company. if like nice ka ug performance then i think makadawat ka ug bonus! ^^

13th month ug bonus mao rmn guro na, murag ge blind nlng ta sa company nga lahi nang duha pro sa ako lang, mao ra ng kwentaha...... 13th mao na ang bonus nato.....
