go out.. ayaw pag muk2x, go out with your friends, watch funny movies, talk to someone.. eat nice food or food that you crave..
it's chemical imbalance in the brain, so i think anything that will affect/alter brain chemistry should be taken into consideration. there's meds, there's exercise. exercise dramatically affects our bodies such that it lifts depression almost instantaneously. laughter also helps a lot and so do positive thoughts (the law of attraction thingy).
well this sounds too simplistic so do your own research as well.
