    Default 10 Mbps instead of 100 Mbps


    I just wondered what had happened to my network..sauna pag start nko ug network 100 Mbps mn to then natingala lang ko ky after 4 months mi 10 Mbps nman ug kalit.kn akng i change to 100 Mbps mo disconnect nman hinuon ang pc sa network.tanan mn gyud n workstation ng 10 Mbps n.mka affect ba ni mga bro sa speed sa internet connection? kn knsa tong naka experience ug ingani palihug kog share sa inyung mga ideas...by the way im using 3COM Router and 3COM Router Switch.

    Dili man cguro sa ako tan aw. Kay last time althought 10mbps+ ang pinaka taas na speed sa kani website http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/, pero diri sa atoa wala paman cguro ta ani nga speed. Basin naka half duplex na sya. O nay problem gyud sa imo configuration. naa ba kay nadugang o na usab?

    And why use 2 router? How many pc's?

    doesnt really matter as your lan can only reach a max theoreticall 10mbps on a burst transfer, and your internetspeed wont be degraded unless you are using a connection which is more than 10mbps

    walay kaso ng 10mbps unless naka subscribe ka sa speed nga mga 10mbps nga DSL which is i think wala pa diri sa pinas, sa akong nadunggan 2mbps pa mn

    bitaw ngano kaha naggamit ug duha ka router, kay AFAIK router is already a switch, isa lng unta to ka router dayun hub na lng dayon.... sakto ba mga network configurator..

    I cant confirm it tho but my boss at work says theres 15mbps++++ leased line avalable already

    any word from the author? 10Mbps is not so significant if it's only for internet access.

    pero for corporate lng, kuyaw sad if residential lng overrated ra sad...
