Hello to All:

Due to the recent business partnership success with my Canadian Client (we now have 6 employees working from home), I was able to close some deals with more clients from the USA. Most are commission based but I have a few clients who offer base pay plus commission.

client specializations vary from used car dealers, dentists, mortgage, credit card, technology, etc.

We are now looking for people to fill in positions:

Full time: 16k base pay + 3k for electricity and DSL bills + performance bonus
Part time: commission only (at least 4 hours a day, night shift)

We are looking for people who are/have/can:

everybody, please be updated that the full time positions have been filled already. there are two more positions left but the CLIENTS have someone in their eyes already for the remaining position. we are currently in communication... should these two guys take the job offer, then the fulltime positions would then definitely be filled already, if not, then we go to the next applicants to screen.

Good news, I acquired a new CLIENT based in the US (Irvine, CA), it is a client that deals with POS and checking services for merchants all-over the United States.

The thing is, they are not giving any base pay. It is purely a commission based job. you earn for every closed deals plus monthly residual bonus for every deal closed.

This is a full time job (8 hours a day, 5 days a week, pay paid out every friday). You will need to open your own VOIP account, however, the company will be paying you back every month your expense for the VOIP whether you made a sale or not.

To those who are interested in this, Please give me an email and put in subject line "Irvine, CA". Once I have 10, I will set a meeting with everybody to discuss with you the details and the pay structure. very nice pay structure I assure you. I may need somebody who would offer there place for the orientation.

to those nga naa nay ilang kaugalingong VOIP, I have 2 sales fulltime position available. 1st month screening purely on commission. after a month, you will have a basic pay and commission.

i need those who have callcenter experience already. preferably sales on this account. if you have VOIP already, I will send your resume to the client and probably start right away should the client approve.

form of payment is cash paid out every 15th and 30th of the month.

right now, available position is sales (part time and full time) csr positions are filled

pls note that all resumes i received have been forwarded to our clients. I should have feedback with in the week. i will be calling all those who have been paper screened by the clients and i will conduct a short interview.

to those who are not called and picked by our clients for now, i will be endorsing your resumes to the new clients that i can acquire.

for the US client, mag sugod pa. ako ni gi try tanan sila just to make sure that they pay. indeed they do. they will be the one to set u up with the VOIP.

for the canada client, I started last october. very successful. pays on time as scheduled as agreed with bonuses. sa canada client, no istoryan. those who sent resume from istorya did not meet the clients standard. canada client is very picky. one must have sales background and experience. istoryans who sent resume where either just trying their luck or just does not have the experience at all.

so sad to know. but right now, the resumes im getting are really the experienced ones. very nice. quality employee prospects.
