The one with dimensions with 21x23x32 will fit a full grown german shepherd. Since you are only using to transport the GSD either to vet or for a trip to the beach this size can be advantage becoz it fits a passenger car in the back sit. Try to evaluate if you like bring your shepherd to try out. Me I use this only once in a blue moon. Why I like about this is its easy to manage.
