Cleaning up the bodega of my mom's house. And here are several item's i have taken pictures of...
1. Aircon
= 2HP, window type
= supposedly with remote control but nawala ang battery holder sa remote control so wala cya remote control, technically. "
POWER ON/OFF: Served as a secondary power on button if Remote Control is lost. Using this, the default set temperature is 25C for Cool / Dry mode and Heat mode is 20C. - From Manual (still got the User's Manual)

= 2'3" x 2'5" x 1' 5"
= Nakuha ni cya sa akong dad in one of his freight operations several years ago. Pagkahatag sa iyaha, wala pa jud namo na-try ug gamit. I had it checked and cleaned already, so far, it works and bugnaw pa sad siya...
= Price : P15,000 (considering the current rate of brand new airconditioners with similar specs)
= Not covered sa warranty anymore kay I think more than 7 years na ni since nahatag sa akong dad.
2. Office Chairs

= still in good condition
= used previously in my parent's business which was closed down about 7 years ago. Haven't used it since, naa ra sa bodega.

3. Wooden Office tables for Clerical Staff
= 2 units (pero dili sila pareha jud ug design)
= size / specs : 3' x 1'6" x 2'4"
= same usage sa chairs
= price : P2,000 per table (non negotiable)
= with mug stain and scratches
= with scratches
4. Personal Computer Table
= 1 unit
= size : 3'11.75" x 1' 6.25" x 2'8.5"
= still used in parent's office. (A really sturdy table).
= price : P3,500 (non negotiable)
5. Office Table
= 1 unit
= size : 4' x 2' x 2'6"
= used as Manager's Desk
= price : P3,250 (non negotiable)
NOTE: All these tables may not be brand new, but they are sure sturdy. I've tried buying similar tables at a wholesale stores (those specializing in bulk buying and pre-packed goods that sells them in lower cost) but the materials of tables are porous and PVC laminated, making them not really sturdy, which tends to make the user buy another unit, thus making it more costly in the end. Unlike with these tables, there are really sturdy because of the wooden materials used.
6. Rice Dispenser
SOLD
= 1 unit
= size : 1'2" x 1'2" x 2'3.75"
= reason for selling: not using it anymore, sayang lang nag-stambay sa bodega... Gipa-limpyohan na ni.

If naay mupalit ug guba nga personal fridge, kanang gamay ra bitaw, then naa ra pud didto. Gi-condemn na ang connections sa motor niya kay we tried to have it fixed before. Pero wala man mi budget ato nga time, and basically, extra ra man sya nga fridge, maong wala na lang gipa-ayo. Will post pix and specs here in the future... Will be updating this post every now and then.
