I was doing body building before when i was single... Now that I'm married, my 6-packs are totally gone... Instead of 6-packs, it became 6-Fats gyud as in!
I don't have any fitness equipments at home... I'm too busy for work & business... I don't wanna end up wasting buying all those fitness equipments.
Any tips guys w/o using any of those equipments or spending time again in a gym? It would really be a great help! Tnx!
