usually customer service tells ppl to disconnect the power supply for 10-15 secs... ^_^

mostly, default config sa mga modem nga provided sa mga ISP ready for use na. if mag-reset ka ang imu nga mga gipang-usab ang mawala.

kung naa ka gpang usab sa default setting, iig reset mawala gyud na...after reset imo na pod na input balik kay pressing reset will load back all the default setting...usuall gyud kay off lang nimo..

e try ug back-up sa imo present configuration before ka mag reset. i think e long press na nimo ang reset button for 6 seconds until na mo blink2x ang LED. try daw basa sa imo manual morag naay direction dd2.
