New Puppy--need advice and guides

Hi istoryans, Just got a new puppy this weekend(daschund) need advices, any will do. here are some of my questions;

what to feed him? he was born sept 28. ok na ba dogfood? and how about milk? what brand man do I let him drink. ingon sa owner skim milk daw. dont know where to buy man.

How about training? Any basic dog owner advice, like potty training, vitamins. I'm a 1st time dog owner. and where's a good clinic I can visit? he needs his 2nd parvo vaccination next week.

bai sa dogfood ana imo new pup try to buy dogfood na gi pang repack for 1 kilo para testing lang sah.. try Nutro Choice, Eukanuba, Alpo basta kana lang for puppy... if you really like to give milk try pud ni puppy milk.. about pud ana training sa potty kung asa to cya mag ihi or mag popoo butangi lang ug paper like newspaper maanad rana cya nya mu tultul pud, the nearest vet clinic cguro mao na imo vet. para dali ra ad2on kay basin dili ka lugar ang vet og home service...

uu u can feed him na with dogfoods; beefpro, vitality, hi pro moa ako ma suggest para sa imo dog... milk i just used bearbrand nga milk for juz few weeks den nag pure dog food nako after 3 weeks... ang milk kay only breakfast ra iserve... if u want skim milk naa na cya sa supermarkets or naa jd milk for dogs but mahal...

about trainings start sa basic sa potty training every after meals pagawson para mo poop ug mo wewe para ma anad... in between 2-3 hours pagawson para mo weewe... better to have dog toys para ma anad cya nga unsa para iya mao ra na iya kit kiton... dogwalk 30-40 mins. a day para naa exercise imo dog den in a way inyo sad ni way maka bond and u will kno ur dog...

clinic? taga asa ka sir? kay daghan man maau pero better sa makibaw ko taga asa kay basn layo ra di ai ka sa ako iadvise...

vitamins? ask ur vet...

enjoy ur pup remember he is still a pup so ki at pa kaau na cya tan nan suwayan ana nya even ur patient... so basn kung kapoyon naka di naka mo take care ana nya... advise ra nako... enjoy playing with him... but be dominant with him rather than be a follower...

if your puppy is too young i strongly suggest for you to give puppy milk.. not skim milk, not any baby milk... prone ang small puppies sa kalibanga... magluya ng imu pup if dili kauyon sa iya milk..

there are two known brands of puppy milk in caminade right now... i suggest you get the more expensive one at least in this early stage.. then for economic reasons... gradually change to puppylove (the cheaper of the two)... dont give him/her ordinary powder milk as of yet... kay magkalibanga na sigurado... ug strictly follow the dosage recommended didto sa iya packaging.

btw, dachshunds are known to be very kiat and sometimes hard-headed...

sept 28 iya birthdate.. hmm meaning wala pa ning 2months...

sa food, try kanang mga delata nga puppy foods like pedigree or alpo... kanang dali ra niya ma-digest...

dont forget to bring him/her sa vet for his/her parvo shots... also the deworming...

bro murag same age ta sa among new puppy which we also got last weekend!

she's a daschund - shih tzu mix. first timer pud mi mu take care ug dog nga naay breeding. hehe. our puppy already had her vaccination (c/o sa previous owner) and the third scheduled vaccination is next month pa.

at first, we feed her alpo puppy food. but now, we feed on her only two times a day with either beef or pork na chopped hangtud ma pino, then mixed with sabaw and rice, as advised by previous owner. then pirme pud na puno ug distilled water iya plate, refill water dayon kung hurot na.

so far, SPOILED B*TCH kaayo amo puppy. biga-on then hyper-active nga sobraan ka playful, ki-at kaayo unya sige ug duol nimo. nagpalit mi ug mahal nga dog cage pero igo ra siya didto mo poo ug mu pee. it's like her bathroom. so far, murag na train naman siya daan asa dapat mu poo. but anyway, among puppy kay dili lagi siya ganahan siya ra usa? mu hilak siya or creating that moaning noise kung siya ra usa sa living room.

every midnight mu scratch na siya sa akong bedroom kay ganahan siya mu tapad sleep with me. unya dili pud siya makatulog kung siya ra usa. she has to lie down beside a human being before siya mu sleep. kung mulakaw or mu hawa gani ko, makamata pud siya unya sige sunod sunod nako. ahaka lagi. normal ni siya? hehe normal ba ni sa mga daschund? or basin na anad ni siya sa previous owner?

pero hinuon, she's only about two months old and lingaw kaayo mi niya. kung ma master na nako in taking care of a dog, might get a golden retriever siguro someday.

mine, i bring my dogs to dr. bingols in banawa... depends on where you located.. there are a lot of vet clinics around
