where to buy Carl Sagan books? dire sa Cebu.
Sagan's books are now hard to find in local shops, due to the fact that his passing in 1996 meant that the chances of his books being continually reprinted every few so years now depends on Ann Druyan's decision to have them reprinted. But she did allow the re-compiling of the Cosmos Series in DVD, so I guess new editions of his books are still available but mostly via Amazon or Craiglist. I personally have two of his books, both handed down from my dad. Broca's Brain (one of my favorite books) and Dragons of Eden. They are in very bad condition because I read them often. I really have to repair both soon.

i see. it's sucks that it's only recent that i've heard about this guy. I am looking for "a demon haunted world" and "pale blue dot". pero 1996 murag grade 6 pa ko ana. dili pa sad kaayo accessible ang internet ana tuiga.
You don't have to read his books to know more about his beliefs and his ideas...
Let me help you get started...
1. COSMOS, 1st Episode - YouTube - Carl Sagan - Cosmos Intro
2. COSMOS, "We are all made of starstuff" - YouTube - Carl Sagan's Cosmos - Star Stuff
3. COSMOS, "Where did the big bang come from?" - YouTube - Then where did the big bang come from?

The only book I have of Carl Sagan is COSMOS and like rod's, it's yellowed and really old. The cover is even taped.
but still, one of the best sci-fi reads in this lifetime.
"JUST A WOMAN? Oh honey no!
I am awesome with a splash of bitch and a dash of wonderful.
Bitaw gabaan ko.
Sorry na Rod. dili diay Fiction. Cosmos (correct me if im wrong again) is a comprehensive general science book dealing with astronomy and evolution.
A book about our universe and planet...
sakto naku?
Sorry for the sacrilege, I read the book when i was probably 10, that was an epoch ago :P

Ha! Found Contact at Cagnaan (behind STC) a couple of weeks ago. Strange really, for a shop that specializes in non-fiction to have a copy. Give it a try man. still might be there. Fully Booked is open, so you might wanna give them a go too.
