murag lisud ni imong comparison bro. kay mura ra ka nagcompare og AMD vs Intel. it doesn't mean that one has more processors then it is better, it is how efficiently these processors are being used. a 9800GTX with only 128 stream processors will trash a 3870 with 320 stream processors. google around and you'll see...

yup..lahi man gud og architecture nang duha..dili nimo ma compare based on stream processors alone. somewhat pareha anang effect sa L2 cache sa core2 architecture og kanang karaan na Athlon64.

Just compare them both ATI and Nvidia by price to performance.

and, you'll have to consider games that you'll be playing. some games have ATI scaling well, and others have nVidia having the upper hand.

nvidia has usually bad drivers.
no based on stream processors a video card doesnt make, it depends on the
1. bandwidth. you may have 320stream processors but your bandwidth is 128bit only look at the card as a whole sample of such would be your gf has big boobs but short girl does make it better than a tall girl but with medium size boobs

2. clock speed.
3. memory clock speed
4. power consumption and size (will it fit your desktop?)
5. amount of GPU-RAM.
