Exclamation HELP on pc not starting up...

need some help on this guys.

    pc not starting up.
here are the troubleshooting steps ive done.

no beep on my pc - so meaning walay daut ang ram
all lights are on - meaning dili guba ang powersupply
fans on cpu are on - meaning enough power ang whole system
tried ug tangtang sa cmos - then wala lang ghapon

mu power up ang pc but murag dili kasulod sa bios
before the problem start - mukalit lang ug pawng ang pc if nagamit ug dugay and if wala na ventilate ug ayo

tried to remove all cords (powercords) on mother board
unplugged and replugged cd-rom, dvdrw, harddisk bus and powersupply cords
    unplugged and replugged RAMS
cleaned tha fan sa cpu but wala natangtang - dghan man abog gud

and yet still not booting up
cge lang siga ang LED sa may power button dapit - meaning always processing
cge lang pud siga ang CDROM ug DVDRom (naa man ko 2 ka optical drivers - cdrw ug dvdrom)

    need help. very frustrated

possible reason nga ako na find out:
    - guba ang processor
    - or itom na ang paste sa processor

    NEED some expert advise
or someone out there nga muayo ug pc?
please post your locationg and contact numbers

pila ang repair? and how many days na makuha? needed as soon as possible man gud kay ting thesis na!

    thanks!

it could be the motherboard has given out OR the Power supply unit, try replacing the power supply unit first, its the cheapest and easiest to do. then assume its the motherboard

cge cge.. try nya nako! unsa man best recommended voltage ana nga powersupply..
diba naa mana 450 o 500 o unsa pa na dha?
naa pud na mga powersupply with 24 or 16 pins diba?

maybe the culprit is your power supply and second thought is the power button switch or the reset switch is grounded or defective which need to be replaced. just take a little steps in observing the main reason why it is not booting up.

ei thanks for the advice.. yep.. i sure that its not the power button or the reset button thats defective since it works just perfectly fine when i push it, it turns on.. reset button when pushed will reset the whole system,.. then its not

its not the power supply either
tried one powersupply from my other pc
still does the same thing.. it turns the whole system on and still all lights are on, fans are on but not booting up.. no sounds at all

same problem maskig lain nga powersuply..
    any advice from the masters?

naa ka'y gi-dugang lately nga hardware?

btw, what you mean by itum ang paste? gi-tangtang nimo ang Heatsink?
If yes, then buy a thermal grease/paste.. ayaw nang baratuhon..
re-apply it sa bottom sa heatsink. There are instructions can be seen sa youtube.

You're saying, wala na ventilate og dugay na-gamit, mo-restart..?
Maybe heat problem sa imu Processor..

re-apply jud ka'g thermal paste if that's the case..

to check if processor ang guba, you'll need the same chipset of motherboard and test it there, in which hasul..

if wala ghpon na ma-solve, better pa-check up na jud na personally sa mga technician na kamao.. like sa green valley..

bro ingon ka "no beep on my pc - so meaning walay daut ang ram"
if you remove the ram then turn it on without the ram, no beep gihapon? if so, it could be your motherboard....
check also your power supply and processor.......
