maybe listen to celtic music...just sit and breath deep....that's for a relaxing mind...

ako simple lang..i try not to worry... as in the word "WORRY" and "STRESS" are not part of my vocabulary..
if i have a problem, say in school or lovelife.. i try not to think about it.. clearing my mind off negative things helps release stress out of me..
have some time to be alone and listen to soulful music.. *sigh
