naa sa animal wellness. bago rako nagpa neuter sa akong mga dogs... mura rag samad.. dli maka kibaw mga tao na g neuter.. naa g hapon nag panit sa itlog but nay sulod ang itlog wla na... n they take good care of ur beloved pet..hubag paman ron ilang mga itlog.. but so far mura rag normal ang dogs..

i don't know sa cats. but naay program ang lapu-lapu city government. magpa register raka ug 75 pesos daw. then free neuter na. anti rabbies, consultation.

We had all our cats neutered and spayed by Dr. Aycardo at Aycardo Vet Clinic.

Per cat: 2k for professional fees, 1k for anesthesia and about 500 to 1k for antibiotics and meds. This was sometime 2007 to 2008. We don't know how much the current fees are.

@ Gothique and jerk1969: We heard about free neutering (for male cats) at the city vet office but never wanted our cats to try it. For spaying the females, the city vet will charge fees. Problem is... I don't think they have the equipment to spay females. Best leave your cats to the care of private veterinary clinics.

@ Diday: Not sure... but isn't the 75 pesos for the anti-rabies injection only? Diba the owner has to pay an additional 75 for one-time registration?

im not 100% sure but thats what they told me. you just have to pay 75 pesos for the registration then you can avail the free anti-rabies, neuter, consultation...
