run safe mode and uninstall your device drivers
once everything uninstalled... run os normally check whether if it can go through na... if okay na restart your working os 3 times pa, then reinstall your drivers again... every after installation please restart your computer... Video, Sound, LAN, WLAN and others stuffs that you may have.

u have bad profile sa windows. i suggest safe mode and restore to yesterday's settings. 2nd option is go to safe mode and turn on guest accounts para ka-log-in ka as guest or make another account.
if d jud, probably corrupted windows files, back up your docs and reformat HD.
