to be legal:
u need a permit to purchase from NTC before you can buy a vhf radio transceiver.
u need a license to operate a radio transceiver.
u need to pass an exam before you are given a license.
you do otherwise, is illegal.
the best reliable brands are icom, yaesu, kenwood.
TS, what band do you want to operate in VHF? amateur or commercial?
