For me, i haven't tried!

I always try to leave a good impression with my employer so that by the time i'll move up a ladder in my carreer, i won't have any bad records from HR.

If in case, i'll be terminated someday, I will still include my previous work experience and just justify to the recruiting agent of the company that am applying for the grounds of my termination (that is if they'll ask). Its just a matter of how confident you are in persuading the interviewer of what had happened and your pure intention in applying to that company.
