nope... you just need to know what language you want to use.. or better yet start with the static html pages... aron sd kabalo k how the web pages work... before you jump to dynamic pages... IMHO...

bro practisi usa ang adobe,..then if makamao nka(bsag basic lng gud)...practis dyn html/xhtml nya css..
W3Schools Online Web Tutorials nndot n nga site bro from basic to advanced
nya naa sad dghan languages dha...
pili lng unsa imo language gnahan...

practice html, then try embidding php on your html..if you think na maaU nka mgamit sa html...
