Hi, all.

Hope you can help. I'm looking for a house to rent to be used as an office. It's for a small start-up service company and will only have 4 people working.

Other needs are:
location should be in Cebu City
at least 50 sq.m. floor area
at least 1 car parking, preferably 2
not in an obscure location

P.S. I have been reading the other posts, both those looking to rent and those looking for tenants. So far, haven't found any possibles yet.
