buy quality batteries...the best ive used is eneloop...di gyud ka magmahal...

now to recover more capacity from your rechargeable u need a charger with that capability...
the 1,800 digital charger in that link i posted above can do just that.
press the refresh mode and thats it.
if the current battery is performing very poorly, try refresh mode 3 or 4 times then test again. it should show significant improvement.

mao sad ni ako prob bro.. palpak ayu na plug sa 220 ang charger then naa mga batts.. karon maski unsaon pagcharge wa na jud... kaduha ra nagamit ako batteries
