NO OFFENSE pero let's all be fair to those who are new (like me) to these type of business. let us all share our insights about it and let us all learn from this one. as much as possible we want to educate ourselves and others para walay magmahay nga ni join sila sa network marketing.
Company
-look for a stable company, don't settle for something nga bag-o pa nga gi create nga company.
-look for the track record of that company
-look for a company nga maka pay out sa ilang distributors eventhough walay ni pay-in this means that the
company can shell out its own money for their distributors
-look for a company thats owns its factory, meaning sila ang nag produce sa ilang products, or from raw goods to finished products
Products
-dapat nabuhi ang company because of their products, dili nabuhi kay tungod naay ni join or ni pay in
-dapat naa sa wellness industry or health and beauty kay this is the biggest industry and has unlimited customers from child to adult
-100% worth of products ang imong makuha since we are looking for value for money
Marketing Plan
-dapat dili pares-pares kay kung ing-ana gani kay mag problema jud ka ana and that means that, that company is nabuhi tungod sa mga ni pay-in or ni join (what if walay mo join ? mo kita pa kaha ka ?)
-unique, marketing plan nga walay kapareha, meaning exclusive ra for that company
-sales driven or product driven, you make money because products are sold
Network Marketing is a business and if you own a business, dapat lang nga imo ning trabaho-on kay this is your business and walay mga businessman nga nidato overnight, it took them years to be successful in their business. And you must have the qualities or the drive that will push you to do the business. And if you think you can't do it then ayaw jud ug join, it should be 100% ka nga convince and committed ka before ka mo join and you know kung unsa imong gisudlan.
Simply, you must be ready to sell and not just recruit. And selling is not that easy, so you also need to be higly motivated. :mrgreen:Originally Posted by prime
Btw, arent MLMs supposed to provide sales training? When I want to join one, I want to be trained and not once a month, I want full training, maybe a week of training will do.
bottomline, any businessperson who comes out with a new comapny has thought of a lot of ways n means primarily to earn as much as they invested.
nothing wrong with any networking company bu the mindset of people both those who engaged and dint even bother to take a look.
everyone has a choice, the choice is yours. no netwroking company can say that they can make u rich, this is not a "get quick rich industry"...they produced felthy rich people...that's true but then, don't and never blame the company, bu the people working or affiliating to it...say people who got millions n wantd more so moced to a new company..things like that....
the last decision with within u...r u willing to pay the price?....u wanted money...r u willing to work for it? their are risks, sacriices...and in networking this is a people business..be redi to handle dfrent personalities of the people that u call in ur network...never leave them for ur sake....wyl ur at it..take time to investigate, listen n learn the ins n outs...
whether a certain company complies with all the criteria, still u need to work for it...not ur uplines..not ur downlines...nor the company....but urself...n u alone....defend ur principle...protect ur integrity...trust ur instinct!
i don't have the skill to sell but i have the skill to share...and sharing is one trait every pinoy has...so if you don't want to sell then simply share someting good to your friends and neighbors
anyways, this might help you...
10 Tips To Overcome Your Fear Of Selling
by Dr. Rachna D. Jain
Ahh. Selling. Sometimes, this is a word that is dreaded and feared by all but the most intrepid business owners. It seems that, even though we all know we need to "sell" our products and services, many of us feel fearful or anxious about actually doing so.
These 10 tips are designed to help you shift out of your fear, and into excitement, about sharing your product or service.
1) Know the source of your fear. This tip reminds us that it is necessary, first, to know what we're afraid of. Most often, fears of selling come in several forms. Either we worry about not being liked, or being perceived as pushy, we (secretly) worry that our product or service might not perform as we say, or we struggle with the idea of rejection. Knowing the source of your fear (sometimes it can be a combination) is an important part of overcoming your fear of selling.
2) Take action to address the source. In this way, you are taking action to overcome your fear. In some cases, this might mean that you improve your product or service (you can use customer feedback for this), or you can find ways to share your product/service in a way that feels more authentic and natural to you. You can also find ways to "bounce back" after rejection which is easier to do, by the way, if you don't take "no" personally.
3) Find enthusiasm for what you offer. One of the best techniques I've ever used to overcome my fear of selling has been to tap into my passion and enthusiasm for what I'm offering. I make a list of all the really wonderful benefits and successful outcomes of past customers. I hang this list nearby where I can see it everyday. Try this for yourself - your confidence will skyrocket.
4) Shift your perspective. How would it feel to think of yourself as "sharing information" about what you do? Or "showing benefits" or "sharing your passion?" If you feel uncomfortable or anxious about "selling"- find a way to shift your perspective to one of sharing information rather than "convincing someone to buy."
5) [b]Start small. Very often, people tend to tackle projects much larger than they can comfortably handle. When you want to overcome your fear of selling, start small. Maybe you will share your new business with a few trusted friends first and then gradually find ways to expand your sharing to include a larger circle. The most successful business people are those who interact with others in an authentic, passionate way so find a way that feels comfortable with you and stay with it.
6) Keep track of your successes. Keep a "wins" or success journal nearby and record your achievements in it each day. This will help you stay aware of just how much you do right. We sometimes forget this.
7) Have fun with it. Rather than approaching this from a heavy "have to", "doesn't feel good" perspective find a fun, interesting way to share your knowledge or passion. Some of my clients have thrown parties, offered free giveaways, donated products/services to charities - all of these were easy, fun, and income generating. What would be fun for you?
Stay focused on your desired outcome. Most people take actions and reach their goals because they stay focused on the benefits of doing so. Sometimes, reminding yourself what you want, why you're doing this can help you take the next action and the next.
9) Detach from how the outcome shows up. Very often, we get really attached to "making the sale" or having a situation turn out a certain way. Instead, why not focus on efforts "I will give a great, enthusiastic, and passionate presentation" rather than outcome: "They will buy X number of this." Very often, if you stay focused on the effort - doing a great job - the outcome turns out better than you ever imagined.
10) Keep practicing. Like any other business skill, "selling" gets easier the more you do it. So get out there, start small, and keep practicing.
you must be determined, hardworking and a goal setter. open minded also. because going into MLM takes up alot of time and hard work. nobody got rich the easy way. being smart and hardworking pays off.
yup, sakto ka lokster..those qualities are reallly needed in this kind of business. remember dili ni siya, get rich quick nga scheme...just picture out that you are planting a mango tree..so dili jud ka ka-harvest dayon...it needs patience
When joining networking company think about selling their products. Give yourself a time to investigate the company background and product. Usahay gamiton raba nila cheque, expensive cars, ipods, cellphones and other expensive things para ma-recruit ka nila. Sayang raba og pagawas og money.
thanks for the back up prime. i dont want to discourage anyone but before you invest...investigate. most of the time i am tempted by such easy ways to earn money and quickly. but they usually need big investments.
i dont believe big investment=big profit. and networking btw isnt recruitment. read a dictionary and learn that networking is meeting new people and building business relationships with people who can take you to the top. Products is what makes an MLM what it is not recruitment  Go For your Dream!!
Before even thinking of joining............ Dont!
