CD Burning Help

Mga bro,
I had been burning Audio CD with my Samsung Combo Pack Drive, this Combo is almost 4mons from the date I bought it...
Problem:
Makaburn pero, usahay dunay tracks nga dili mabasa kon ako na i play.
Nya usahay sab, dili gyud mabasa ang whole Audio CD nga ako na burn.
Video burned is quite good pa sab, usahay dugay mabasa, pero malahos ra sab ug play...
Software:Nero ver 4
CD Drive: Samsung Combo Pack

well maybe normal wear&tear issue...

whats your average number of cd burning per day?

i suggest you burn at the range not over than 16x those are safe burning speeds... may take longer time but been doing that all my life and i had no burn problems. except if i had bad bought bad medias (cd-r's, dvd-r's) the rest are excellent.

yup bro,
i tried even for 8x spd... but still with same problem...
i dont know, maybe you have your point,
I had burned maybe 2 movies(4cd's) + 2 audio cd...
I suspected that usage, pero ako gisuwayan, relax for the whole day,
pero nag burn ko utro, still problema mao man gihapon,
duna mga tracks wala ma kita, klaro kaayo sa cd, duna tracks nga blanko,
or sometimes, d gyud mabasa....

update your nero. 7 naman ang version na uso..basin sa nero na. version 4 pa gud nang imo siyempre nagka hitech na gud ang convertion for burning ron so your software must be updated also. reinstall a higher version of nero

not a big issue of the version... since that version fully utilize audio burning already...

@threadstarter: give it a try to upgrade your software as what graphicare has suggested.. also I forgot to tell you, that when your burn on your discs (audio/movies/data) try to minimize using other softwares. if you're working on too many applications example: word, photoshop, dreamweaver, mozilla, winamp, yahoo messenger.... try closing some of those apps to give some memory space for data streaming to your burner.

asa man dili mabasa, from the same drive? many possibilities, so before i condemn the drive i'd do the ff -

1. try another brand of blank. i prefer, high-speed cdrw para dili usik.
2. burn at slower speed as suggested.
3. try writing to disk first before burning or creating an image first. not, burn on the fly.
4. try cleaning the lens with a lens cleaner disc.
4. have u tried playing the disc on a different drive? cd player or car stereo, maybe.

try those & let us know.

from what ive read, try this, close all application running then burn your cd...also use reliable cd...

Bros thanks, try ko nlng opinions nyo.. maybe one of those are the causes.
I burned cd, while other softwares running...
and maybe, nero version issues///

have you tried changing media brand? naa man gyuy uban brand na dili maayo. try lang.
