Default HELP: Postcard to be sent to US

    I need some help here.

I have a very important postcard that I need to mail to the US. It's related to NCLEX. It doesn't have to arrive there right away.. (Pwede ra madugay) BUT I want to make sure that it reaches the Board of Nursing since the postcard contains important information.

What do you guys suggest? Am I going to use FedEx? Or DHL? Which one is cheaper?
Or do you guys think that it's okay to have it mailed through our local post office?

Would really appreciate all your suggestions.
Maayo sad if you can post the price.. again it's very light (it's just a postcard).. so most likely, ang minimum price na cya.

    Thanks!

Thanks to all those who replied. I did inquire and the cheapest one would be from 2Go. 1100 for a postcard. I called FedEx, DHL, UPS, OCS and even checked the our post office's website.

It's okay with me if maabot 3 weeks after pa... I just want it to arrive safely, na dili kum-ot and all.. coz it's a postcard bya... walay envelope or anything and it contains a very important info.

Gnox, ang letter that you received, was it still in good condition?

7-12 man cguro (di ko sure).
