Some say that cheaters will always be cheaters. Is that always the case or a cheater may also have a chance of changing, and the change he says is for good! can that really be?

it depends if ma tagam sila well they'll stop but if dili sila ma tagam di jd na sila ma change... dey need motivation para ma change...
