check their specs, each manufacturer do some customizations to the cards but as far as i know, they use the same stock configuration.

compare with the specs provided by inno3d:

to put it short, same.

naka decide naman ko bro.. ugma ko buntag mu palit para maka duwa nako inig hapon.. problema lagi kay ga libog ko ug unsa na brand.. ingon man gud to usa ka taga istorya pd na mas nindot ang galaxy pero ask lang jud ko diri.. ehehe! usa pd.. ngano mas nindot man ang galaxy compared sa inno3d.. galibog lang ko mao ask jd ko.. ehehe!

maybe because of their respective coolers...mas dako ang coverage sa heatsink sa galaxy as compared to inno3ds'.

ahw.. bitaw pd noh... hmm.. murag galaxy nalang ako paliton tingai.. naa man ni offer nak 6,400.. compared sa 6,450 sa inno3d did2 pc express.. ehehe

the heatsinks don't really matter that much as these cards don't run too hot as compared to the 4850. just choose which one is cheaper.

OT: nice vcards guys! Since these v cards are longer in size, it may touch the edges of the HDD bays most specially if your using generic cases. I can twist those HDD bays for you at a reasonable price.

Get the 55nm of 9800GT.. since 65nm 9800GT are just reflashed 8800GT cards..
and for the cooler design, Galaxy is much better than the Inno3D, Galaxy Cards load temp is around 60+c from what I've read in the forums, while the Inno3D with it's small cooler would maybe runs as hot as 80+c, Not sure though.
