helo... im an avid cookbook reader altho i dont really cook that much..i just luv the pictures..

i saw in a wine guide na naghimo to cla og rainbow looking drink thingie na they stacked one type of alcoholic beverage one after another in a glass and ang gawas mura rainbow coz different colors man..

what they did first was measure the density of the liquids using an apparatus, forgot what the name was.. second, they stacked the liquors from the heaviest (first to be poured in the glass) to the lightest... they slowly poured a measure of the said drink on the back of a spoon para pag landing sa glass/lower na drink, dili cla mag sagol cla.

    i hope this helped..eheh

Hmmmm.... liquer is usually denser than juice so it's often the juice floating on the liquer. Maybe if you make the juice more concentrated. But then again some "juices" are really more of a syrup e.g. Rose's Lime juice so you could probably float a liquer on that.

If you just happen to not have a spoon at hand, pour slowly on the inside of the glass near the top.
