Depende sa imong priority bro. Kung gaabang ka unya dako imong monthly rental maayo pa edown na lang na nimo para house and lot. budget nimo sa monthly rental mao na imong ibayad sa monthly amortization, maimo pa kadugayan. Pero kung sa tan-aw nimo di pa priority and kaugalingon nga house and lot, pwede na sab na e start ug business. Or part of it e down nimo para sa house and lot unya part of it enegosyo nimo like a store sa balhinan nya nimo kay sigurado man jud na nga walay tindahan kung bag-o pa nga subdivision (kung anha pud ka sa subdivision mokuha ug unit).
