help with Nokia 5310 security code

here's the thing: walay sim gigamit ang phone but naay security code. this is my gf's phone by the way...natangtang ang batt now everytime we key in the old security code, di na cya mu recognize. we tried the default code and evrything, di na mudawat. asa ta pwede pa unlock/reset sa security code ani? and how much ang pangayo?

Bumping this up. I have the same problem with BURN_BaD but my unit is Nokia 1112. Anyone knows how to unlock the security code? Tried the default pass 1234 but to no avail.
