I've been using OP/Tech for the past few years and have not regretted getting one. it definitely helps carry the load. I'm also looking at the Rapid Strap because the minimal move one needs to shoot and because of the diagonal strap, it will carry the load.

@jordihino: hand strap is still a strap.. comfy bitaw sometimes ang hand strap.. heheh.. canon na handstrap na imo?
