virus problem, task manager and regedit has been disabled

guys na-virusan ang computer gusto i tried combofix but it did not delete all the viruses,, gusto nako i system restore sa safemode but dili siya ma system restore sa specific restore point,
what should i do? i need the help of the masters who have encountered and solve this kind of problem,,

if you have extra PC there, slave that infected drive and let it scanned with updated and reliable av.

after it is cleaned up, use rrt to restore those disabled administrative features.

sa safemode i run bro.. try pud malwarebytes.. run sa safemode.. hurot na tanan. ^^,

If upon restart the virus returns/regenerates, try to get a hold of someone who knows how to read HiJackThis or DSS and ask them to help you with that. It's a sure-fire way to get rid of viruses/malware but it is difficult to understand for some people.

oh and get OTMoveIt as well, HiJackThis/DSS can locate the malware but cannot remove it. OTMoveIt will finish the job.
