Default How To Have a Painless Delivery

Hi Gals, I'm a first time mom-to-be. Please help me prepare for the big day to deliver my baby this Christmas. I am concern about the pain that might cause me. How can I have a painless labor and delivery?

.di jud na mahitabo nga painless ang labor sis....very painful jud na...puede ang painless delivery kon i-knock out ka ug anaesthesia....otherwise the birthing process is painful jud...but do not worry biologically the woman's body is built to withstand the pain...psychologically lang need ka mag prepare...

there are many ways you can prepare yourself like doing breathing exercises...meditation....kegels...etc etc para maka lessen sa imong discomfort when the time comes....good luck to you and may you have an easy pregnancy , safe delivery and of course healthy baby

painful gyud na ig labor, ig utong, ig gawas, ig tahi...pa C/S nalang ka mam. lami kaayo ang tama sa anesthesia ug post c/s kay morphine. ang naka apan ig gawas napud nimo sa hospital pero ang pain tolerable ra. ganahan man kaha ka mag lakaw2x pila ka adlaw nga murag kampanerang kuba. sakit man i-walk straight and erect kng bag-o pa ang tahi. take ur pick. either way, ma normal o ma c/s pain is part of package.

    Push! Push! Push!

when i gave birth, i was offered by my OB to have painless injectable daw... dili daw ka kafeel ug pain during labor....

but even if i was tempted, wala jud ko nisugot coz i was thinking of my mom when she delivered me. i want to go through the pain. and besides, it was a wanted pregnancy so i am psychologically prepared for it..

yes, very sakit ang labor... but if most moms got through it, so could you. when they sent me to the delivery room... after ten minutes, gawas na ako baby, nice kaayo ang feeling sa pag deliver. mine is 7.3 pounds considering he is my first baby. mas nisamot ka nice sa feeling pag gawas nako delivery room when my husband was there teary and was so emotional coz he could not believe i could make it for a normal delivery coz dako amo baby.

but yeah, it feels nice to be a mom. be confident lang jud... i hope you had your regular pre natal sessions and a regular OB pud coz it surely add up to your confidence in giving birth considering that she knows your history.

sa karon nga time upgraded na sad ang CS not like before when I had my first CS operation way back 1992

after the anesthesia expire sus sakita jud, then dugay pa ka matirahan ug nubaine.....ky kuha on pa ka ug BP/temp. and others before the injection.
but now, mas dali ang healing process wala na ang nubaine, then dili na sad kay magkeloid ang imong tahi...daghan na ang new medicines. kwarta ra jud. ayaw painless kay dili makaayo sa baby...........

its different gyud sis if you will try normal delivery.. trick for a fast delivery.. dont over eat, realy really watch your diet.. and do walk every day, brisk walking for 30 mins ( ako sa mall ko mg walking para dili init!) hahaha. practice pud breathing exercise.. inhale thru your nose and exhale thru your mouth ( pout imo lips pg ng exhale ka). it worked for me.. labored for 5 hours only.. i was 1.5 CM @ 3:30pm by 8:25pm same day nigawas na little angel ko... 23 days early of my expected due date.. one more thing, talk to your baby to help you.. they listen to their mommies

painless delivery is quite expensive man gud, nya during labor you wont feel anything but sometimes scary pud cya kay ma lead to stat C/S. daghan ka bayaran! your OB, Anesthesiologist( which is most likely 40% of your OB's fee). your meds and your pedia...
