Default Suggestions for a Bridal Shower Party!

    Hi..

My friend's wedding is next month and I want to organize a shower party for her. Please help me and suggest a venue and what we should do (like what games and what food to prepare). This will be a conservative party, meaning, no macho dancer hehe

Please please help me. I'm running out of time; I'm also very busy with work. WAHHH!!

Maybe you can start out with her interests -- what will really make her bridal shower special and memorable? I once organized one for a friend - and no macho dancer but we really had fun. We ordered her
favorite cake and pig out with our favorite desserts. We stayed in a room with a pool. We took pics the whole night, and watched a movie, and hmm, and we drank! heheh

for how many people? if you're only expecting like 50++ people, you can have it at someone's backyard. kana pod naa lawn or something. that would be a whole lot cheaper than renting a place.

we had a bridal shower once at my friend's house. there was like 30++ who came. we had some wine and some food. it wasn't anything fancy. but like what marj_0711 said, it's best if you had her fave food... we also came up with a powerpoint thingy with a few words from people who failed to attend the event and some from her closest friends.

There will probably be only 15 people. Thanks so much for your suggestions and I'm taking note of what you both said. Keep them coming!

Hi, im an event organizer and I tried arranging a shower party once at POSH in BTC. you can gather all girls there, have a massage and some pica-pica. wholesome and relaxing. very intimate or have a Karaoke at the biggest karaoke room in Country Mall

you can have a spa party... that would be nice for everyone... you get to relax and catch up on the latest news (about each other) while getting pampered...

a cheaper alternative that is appealing for most Filipinos is a party held at a karaoke place (whether at crossroads or BTC)...

you can also rent a place for overnight stay at a beachfront cottage (like Portofino) and each girl brings her specially prepared dish to contribute to the party...

in lieu of a macho dancer, you can have a custom made suggestive/lewd cake baked for the bride-to-be
