i think it's B12 is the only vitamin that you can't find in vegtables.. not sure.. but the rest you can definitely find it in vegtables

Protein.... veggies are considered incomplete Protein, it doesnt have all the essential and non essential Amino Acids in it... in short, you wont be able to maintain or improve your muscles...
