Kinsa expert diri sa Linksys SPA941 IP Phone External Extension connection?Dili mo connect ang external extension sa amo 3CX IP PBX. Open na tanan ports sa 3CX server but dili maka connect ang Linksys IP Phone from a remote location. Anybody?Tabang pls..

try to check Open Port Check Tool..... type in port 5060 and see if your port is open.... disable your firewall too. Make sure you are using 5060 port for your 3CX and softphone.

Can you show me a SS of your line tab on your SPA? And is your 3cx behind a firewall? Also, please show me a snippet of your STUN settings.

nka connect na external extension sa 3CX IP PBX but ang problema ky dili mka dungog ang caller sa ako voice but mka dungog ko niya.open man tanan ports.sa router na ko gi open.

what softphone or ipphone is connected to the external extension? Linksys SPA941? if it is Linksys SPA941, can you give me the firmware version.... there have been some issues on Linksys SPA941 and SPA942 on audio problems for their new firmware especially Full-Duplex. Please try to use a different softphone or ipphone to isolate the problem. You can try to you also 3CX VoIP client.

I thought your SPA can't connect to your 3CX?

Anyway... showing us your logs would really help. A few more details would also help in solving this, like giving us the firmware of your SPA, your stun settings, codecs used, etc etc.

most of the error are due to poor portforwarding.

try to familiar this ports.

List of default ports used by the 3cx phonesystem:
5060 (stanard sip port) TCP/UDP
5061 (secondary sip port) TCP/UDP
5480 (portgre) (only on local machine)
5481 (apache) (only on local machine)
5482 (media server) (only on local machine)
3478 (STUN Server) TCP/UDP
7000-7500 (Default port for internall calls) (only on local machine)
9000 - 9003 (ports for external calls through VOIP Gateway) UDP
10000-20000 (RTP ports) (Used if no stun available for audio)
