probably ondoy is right, try installing xp on your drive c and windows 2000 on your drive d maybe and don't use the same folder name. maybe winxp for xp and win2000 for 2000.

i never had problem with dual boot. i have even tried 3 os's before. win98, redhat(linux), xp. but that was a long time ago when i didn't have work yet.

I guess, you installed first xp, then the 2003, right? It might have overwritten the boot record.
If I would install it, I would install xp on drive c, then change in the bios boot drive to d, and install 2003 on it (it will be seen as drive c in that case).
After that, you can select during boot from what HDD the bios shall boot.

yah! i installed xp first followed by 2003 but i got no problem with xp and 2003 combination before,,
i just got a problem with my xp and 2000 combination now,,
i did the same process, installed xp first followed by 2000,,
by the way, how can i change the boot drive in the bios to d? is it found in the boot priority?

You have to install first 2000, and after that XP. If you do it the other way around, you will have issues.
