I don't get why someone would join a high ping server. If you can't get in the PLDTplay servers, there are many other servers you could play. Servers from HK, Singapore, etc. All cracked btw.

Oh yeah, if you can't get in the PLDTplay servers because you're using a non-PLDT isp, you can try the PXGL servers.
