Brush thrice a day then use mouthwash every time mahuman kag brush. Also floss. Avoid food that can cause bad breath especially those with onions, garlic, etc., like shawarma. Basin sad you're not well hydrated. Drink lots of water. Then observe pila ka days. Naa sad possibility naa kay daot na ngipon which caused your bad breath. So better have it reexamined sa imong dentist. Do you smoke?

ipacheck ang imo lungs. kung healthy ang result then try to avoid spices (onion, pepper, garlic etc..) add only slat to your food and drink a lot of juices and water. at least 14glasses a day and continue to do the rest like brushing your teeth 3x aday, floss, tongue scrap etc... then observe what happens after 2weeks kung ni-improve na ba.

bad breath have different causes but as you mentioned you already seek professional help from eent, pulmonary, gastro and dentist and they all concluded that nothings wrong with you. As a dentist, i can say that saliva in general should help in cleansing the oral cavity but since we also have what we call good and bad saliva that dictates its actions.. the good saliva is the watery type of saliva, it aids in washing away food debris and bacterial accumulations in the mouth. then the bad one is the mucous type and the patient is complaining of dry mouth, since the quantity of saliva produce is less, the effects, it doesnt help wash away dirt and worst it gives a conducive environment for the bacteria to live in.. sticky saliva+dry mouth+bacterial toxins= bad smelling breath.
So all you can do as of the moment is assess what kind of saliva you have.. then drink a lot of water.. you can also gargle lukewarm water with salt.. i dont recommend too much use of mouth wash products since it contains acids that can further bring complications when use excessively. then chewing stimulate watery saliva production so you can try sugar free chewing gums..

yup mouthwash is not advisable according to my dentist it contains acid use dental floss instead, pyorrhea na siguro bro

    Pyorrhea

Pyorrhea or periodontitis refers to an advanced stage of periodontal disease in which the ligaments and bones that support the teeth become inflamed and infected. It is usually a result of gingivitis, a periodontal disease that infects the gum through plaque leading to the formation of a pocket between the teeth that trap the plaque. If left untreated, pyorrhea can cause halitosis (bad breath) in which the jaw bone is slowly eroded due to painful and bleeding gums. Eventually, the loss of tooth support can cause tooth loss, and this disease is the primary cause of tooth loss in adults.

♥ maybe it's halitosis... just brush your teeth EVERY AFTER MEAL and use BACTIDOL.
Make sure wala kay tooth cavity, it can cause bad breath too. ♥

Have you tried using a tongue scraper? It helps keep bad breath to a minimum. You can buy them from Watson's or use a teaspoon to scrape the back of your tongue. When you do that, you will get whitish deposits on the teaspoon. Wash it off and scrape again. Don't scrape too hard, or you'll get wounds on your tongue (from experience: ouch). Brush your tongue as well to get the rest of the deposits on it.

I have markedly improved breath freshness because there are less food deposits on my tongue. Of course, I also follow the age-old brush your teeth after every meal.
