What's the use of 3d Architectural Rendering? Brief answers are very much appreciated.

my answer regarding your post, In architectural field I think SKETCH UP with V-RAY (rendering plugin) are pretty tight. you can search some work on SKETCH UP w/ V-RAY rendered in google.

but as for me as a 3d user RHINOCEROS is still the best base on my experience.
