When is the best time to take vitamins?

in my own opinion, you should take vitamins only when you are defficient of a certain viatamin and its good when you take it after breakfast.

take it twice a day...like one in the morning and another at nyt tym juz before u knock it off...no problem with vit.c most especially cz..it doesnt have any overdoze..and all..but for minerals like magnesium, sodium..et.al. they should be taken with prescription..

its a supplement,so take it daily.but for vitamin E capsules or supplements,ask your doc before taking some of them.ive heard there should b a holiday for these supplements,alternate it by months.

it depends unsa pinaka convenient nmo. like for me i'm working during nytym so i take my vitamins after lunchbreak. samot na ang ako vitamins gtake mo effect na
lyk 4am, dukaon na ko ana so ok ra since 430am ako out so timing ra. actually timing timing ra pod na. naa man gd mga vitamins na mkaduka so if u r working daytime, if daytime ka moinom ang effect after 3hrs so basin mgduka duka naka. timinga ra.

i agree with u...bitaw, maglibog man gud ko kay naay uban vitamins makaduka, den naa pud uban makalagsik..mao na nga careful kau ko ani ug take kay bcn dukaon nya ko during working hours, nya malagsik during sleeping time..saon nalang..

yeah right, be careful nlang. tke note of the time u took the vitamins and if dukaon daun ka dn reverse it samot na dukaon ka sa workplace. unsaon nlang, suspension ra ba ang katapat sa sleeping. or worst termination. hehehe.

timing timing ra jd na ang pgtake den if hiyang ka or dli. as for me, i have problems of sleeping during daytime so i am taking my vits to have a good sleep during daytime. dli jud ko dukaon during nytime bsag 6hrs ra ako usual hrs of sleep.
