Need Help about DFA

this is the situation of mine...

my father died september last year, the company give us an amount of money for the death
of my father. The DFA had the money of ours, they said that this is the process. They tell us to
wait for 3 to 4 months to recieve the money. after now we didnt recieve the said amount that
the company gave to my father. its been 7 months now. i call the DFA in cebu but they still insist to wait for there call. i dont know why they to that. my mother friends had been to the DFA manila, and they found out that its cleared at there office.. means naay nay signature sa head.

i really need legal advice on this matter....

bro kung sa manila na DFA imo problema makatabang kaayu ni c Tulfo..kita man gud ko sa iya programa sa channel 9 nya iya style kai cya gyud ang manawag/mo-follow-up sa kato gireklamohan bisan kinsa pana..ma general, mayor..etc.

pero kung diri sa Cebu wala ko kabalo kung kinsa radio personality na parehag style ni Tulfo..talawn man gud ning ubang anchors diri..hehe

mao jud na ako nahibolngan bai...ngano naa man sa DFA ang kuarta...
ngano dili man nila ihatag dayon nga dili mana sa government...sa company man nga money...
more or less half M bai.....dako nasad ni tabang namo....
