Why is the Time here not the Philippine time? It's 8:00am now but the Time here is 9 Hours late, which is 11:00pm. Can this be changed?

It is not Philippine time because although we have set the right time in the server settings, you probably have it set to something else ... Profile -> Edit Options.
Easy as search and reading.

I was suspecting its the timezone of my pc since I'm on different zone.
Naa pa d.i timezone pud sa profiles.
