Hello guys again!

What is MCP? I got it in the motherboard I have from M2N-VM they said that was what I can see from the board that has the heatsink and has a chipset on it, and as I can see my M2N-VM mobo got a high MCP temperature is that normal? Mine reaches 75C-up when loaded...I got worried because I got a sudden shutdown recently once, and I think thats the cause as what greenvalley told me.

I couldnt even touch the heatsink on my mobo because it too hot...I dont know why its very hot...is it normal? pls advice me mga bro..thanks

Your temp is very high. I think it is not normal.

before i got my vcard...my mcp runs up to 60C - 75C(load)

Ic bro, but I think thats consider abnormal...and in regards to my case...my MCP is actually at
78C-80C idle and when its fully loaded I guess thats the reason why my PC shutdown last time due to its abnormal higher temperature.

i guess you should get in touch with manufacturer's support...ask them if it's normal?...if not, then try to get a replacement (if you've newly purchased that one).

mine too I got 80C idle and when loaded would get higher...I got shutdown occasionally.

I got MCP61 from nvidia chipset and im using builtin a/v/l..whats wrong with MCP isnt that normal right?

They said it could burn ur mobo and my entire mobo got 46-48C idle...its very hot...
