2 million lang ang nipirma.(kuno). But one thing that reminds of this initiative. I emember Marcos in 1973 who pushed for Charter change from Presidential to modified parliamentary. He used barangay assemblies to legitimize his bogus charter change. Thge only difference is that the people were made to raise their hands. Now the people were enticed to sign. Nagtangag gud ang 200 pesos.

Same modus, same tactics, same trapos.
