DFA Propose Psychiatric test For OFWs as Requirement

Was it necessary to Proposed this test? Are they aware what was realy the reason why we heard an OFWs killing thier empoyer?

If we try to asked an OFWs reason why they really have to leave the country and thier loveones or family's they had a common anwers! "TO GIVE GOOD FUTURE TO MY FAMILY" tingali sakto nana nga reason na we would say na naa sila sa sakto nga pangisip, ngano ipa psychiatric test paman?, how about if ang ipa psychiatric test nila ang mga Employer e apil nlang sad ng taga DFA sila man mas kinahanglan ipa mental check compare sa mga OFW na naningpalad, nagsugal sa ilang kinabuhi para makahatag og maayong kaugmaon sa ilang mga familya.

I don't think Government will answer the cost. Onother question that will really stop the rising heinous crimes being done by OFW's?
