The question is which company offers better support. Dell does in my opinion.
tnx vern, any other suggestions? how about lenovo? is it a good quality brand?
acer nalang cguro ako paliton karon oi, nindot ang specs sa lenovo and barato sad pero hadlok sad ko ngano in ana ka barato bacn dali bati pud mga parts... china brand man gud and lenovo though sila nagpalit daw sa IBM pero still china made ghapon...
i'll recommend acer also...
i have tried HP, compaq, ecs, acer, neo laptop brands and my favorite are HP brand notebooks. (smooth running and sleek designs) least are acer (not that durable and low resale value). Compaq are good esp now that they have cut down on the cost. they are now one of the cheapest. neo's are crap. i have to change the board of my neo a month after i bought it and the technical support of thinking tools sucks. ECS are also good esp when it comes to price vs specs i just dont recomend it because the casing of the notebook is not that durable.
if u can stretch ur budget get a laptop for keeps. get an HP bro
best notebooks - HP, Mac (if ok ka sa osx, mukha kasi tanga pag naka mac tapos ginagamitan ng windows), Sony( if u prefer good resolution sa laptop bro kaso medyo mahal)
worst laptops - acer, neo, asus
